Procedures For Completion Of Admission For Selected Candidates

Successful candidates are advised to follow the steps outlined below to complete the admission process

Step No.1: Print Admission Offer Letter, Joining Form, and Challan Form from website

Step No.2: Deposit the prescribed fee in the designated bank(s) as mentioned below:

  • MALE Candidates: Habib Bank Limited (HBL) (as specified on the challan form)
  • FEMALE Candidates: Allied Bank Limited (ABL) or Bank Alfalah (as specified on the challan form)

Step No.3: Duly complete the Joining Form and attach the following documents:

  • Attested photocopies of all academic certificate (one complete set)
  • Five (05) recent passport-size photographs
  • Original Fee Slip (Academics Copy)
  • Copy of Admission Offer Letter
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) for employee only
  • Candidates must bring all original documents at the time of joining for verification.
  • Undertaking as per specimen

Step No.4: After completing the above requirements, submit the Joining Form to the respective Admissions Office within the deadline mentioned in the Admission Offer Letter.

Step No.5: Obtain the Enrolment Slip from the Admissions Office and submit a copy to the concerned department.
